When should I not see a mental health coach?
You should never have to battle mental health disorders alone and resources are readily available. You should obtain the health of a psychiatrist or other similar licensed mental health care practitioner. Discussion of types of medication to take, amounts of medication to take and a direction to stop taking medication is not something for a mental health coach to cover.
